Join Skills Group in a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager role supporting Skills Institute. You’ll take ownership of impactful campaigns, influence digital growth, and help connect learners with meaningful education opportunities across New Zealand. What you’ll be doing:
Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
Drive lead generation, engagement, and conversion activity
Manage digital journeys across CRM, email marketing, social media, and websites
Use analytics and reporting tools to track performance and provide insights
Improve SEO, digital discoverability, and customer experience across platforms
Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to deliver impactful campaigns
What we’re looking for:
5+ years’ experience in digital marketing or a similar role
Strong experience across paid digital, eDMs, CRM, and website optimisation
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build strong relationships
A motivated, ideas-driven person who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen
Strong analytical capability with experience using digital reporting tools
Someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and contributing to meaningful outcomes
